Refund policy

You can return any product ordered from www.alexandramargnat.com within 15 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original condition: it must not have been worn, altered, used, washed, or damaged. It must be sent back with a copy of the Alexandra Margnat purchase invoice and in its original packaging. Please send an email to: info@alexandramargnat.com to request an exchange or refund for the affected product.
Any return that does not meet these conditions or is unsuitable for resale (damaged, used, or soiled) will not be accepted for return or store credit and will be shipped back to you.
